A fast post...with a lot of pics...and a funny one.

I noticed in my past few post's I ramble on and on about stuff!! lol but today I won't , I promise...kindof tired and wanted to get these pics posted before I totally forget...again.

I made another Posey Wristlet !! Well , actually two..

 This one is for sale and hopefully get it on Etsy soon! I been trying to make a few things to add.. one day...

It's called a Sexy Zipper Wristlet.. (because it has curves) hehe

 I really liked making this one , and the zipper is done abit different then what I'm use to doing. I also made a few new labels.. I usually go all out and print them on sticky stuff and iron them on ribbon.. I wanted to do something fast and different. My mom gave me one of those old school label makers, the one you have to painfully and carefully apply EACH teeny letter to the base?? Then I just stamped it on some twill tape.. Easy peasy..

Next on my list.. 

I made these bookmarks.. or wait ...

or are they business cards???  

Another easy peasy project!! I wanted to make some bookmarks for my local library and always make them for the kiddo's , well thought maybe the adults would like some! And hopefully get some sales on Etsy lol

My fav are the Little Apple prints.. (the second in second row and the last one in red, for my non crafty people) And the little panda.. love that one too!

I love when I combine my sewing with my paper !!! = )

Ok best thing I saved for last.. I haven't posted Baby for some time..

Here she is in all her glory.. I enlarged it so you all can read.. I was going to edit and thought.. oh I'm so sure everyone's house looks just like mine!! Its been Zoey'tised...

I had her Thursday and took this tonight (Friday) lol I past that paper she is sitting on all day and still can't pick it up...sigh.

Baby has gained a bit of weight as its been too cold to go out for our daily walks everyday. I take her out and she runs to the trees, or trash can, or tire wheels reading her pee-mail and replies and off back to the house!  Today it got up above 40 I think.. so she took me back around the pond behind our place.

I finally got a day for ME and went to get my hair done!! I thought it was time..

weekend sewing

I had some free me time this weekend and used it !!! I finished up my pouches! I had to at least have 8, and I made the last 3 this morning. Yay. Now I will fill them with goodies!   I love making these pouches. I can do it with my eyes shut..but we won't do that as I already almost dis fingered myself last week...  I made this cute little felt fishing game for Zoey for Christmas. Aren't they the cutest fishies ever! I made some last year for a friend's little kids and they really enjoyed them! For the fishing pole Doug found a wooden dowel and I wrapped the heck out of it with electoral tape .. I just hope Zoey doesn't use it as a head bonker on people because she does enjoy doing that.. then runs and laughs. She evil..pure evil!

I started on her baby doll accessories today too. One felt baby wipe holder with little fleece wipes. I'm slowly marking my list down!  You can barely see that list in the second picture up there.. yah, I only have 2 marked off, but actually got 3 done today   = ) I found this free tutorial HERE . I didn't put the eyes on which is Velcro but I did put a piece of the hook part of the Velcro on the "hook" and it snags the felt exposed on the fish. Thought it would be easier for littler kiddos.

Who wants a sewing tutorial? How about 101?? or more? On EverythingEtsy.com I might of added to my list........oh boy.

I made my list of things to make for Christmas gifts.. oh my goodness.. It fill's each line of a page of paper!! and started on the back!!  So I told myself that every day I will go into my sewing room and BE PRODUCTIVE!!! Even if its 1 am .. well maybe lol

OHH I made a few things on my list too!!

I made a few of these Posey Pouches from Sasha tutorial!! (link above!) I love making these. I made them in a variety of fabrics,, I think I like the creamy vinyl best!! Then the flowered ones!!

These will be for my nieces. I will have to make more because.. I have alot of nieces.. I'm into great nieces now!! But they aren't old enough for these yet.. thank goodness. I'll  make them cute little dolls or something = )
I think I'm safe to show these on here as I don't even think they read this.. but if they do.. oh well! SURPRISE!
I had a idea.. I'm going to wrap each one and not label who they go to, then just hand them out to them, so that way I won't get blamed, because Aunt Sue gave you the one I want!!! ( three will be sisters.. oh boy)
And I will be putting little items in each bag !! I been getting some freebies with coupons.. of course!! I'm not a extreme coupon-er. but I do get a lot of nice freebies with them!! just not .. extreme...
A few of the items will include fingernail polish, nail clippers,eye liner, etc..

And,, don't laugh hehehe I made this today!!! I have to tweak it a little but its a tampon wallet.. My men readers.. graphic pictures!!           giggle

 I want to bring the front flap down to enclose the front pocket..

It can hold up to 3 and a couple of pantie liners. Or a debit card or cash if you just want to take it and put it in your pocket and not carry a big purse!! Me smart or what??       Just nod yes.
I will make one for each Posey pouch. I also want to make a tissue holder for each too.

Ok.. thats all folks..its late, and I did say it would be late posting this.. I had Zoey today. I am a full time grandma and proud of it!!

A not so Posey wristlet

I didn't intend to even post anything for a couple of days....BUT!!! I had to show off this Posey wristlet I made this morning.  I am making a few up for Christmas gifts (getting a good start on my gift making!) and I had some of this creamy white vinyl laying on the shelve.. Its really soft and was wanting to make a purse but got to thinking it would make a cute clutch too!
I used Sasha's Tutorial for her Posey wristlet. Its a simple pattern and very easy to make. I made one a few months back. (HERE) I really want to keep this one!! I have more of the vinyl so maybe make a couple more up..

 Who doesn't like zebra print??? hehehe

Like my ivy ?? Its one plant I have kept alive !!! No green thumb here.The trails of it are as long as 5 foot.

 Do you like my fancy pumpkins? I made those last year.. Actually those and a few more I made is what got me started stalking some of the craft blogs I follow, and lead me to do my own blog!

I added a little tie at the end of the zipper , just because lol. And easy to grab!
This wristlet is very roomy and will probably hold tons of stuff! I use the one I made before and I just put a small wallet and keys and my phone, but would hold more I'm sure!
I want to make matching coin wallets for these wristlets.. Wouldn't that look cute??
